Yes, end of august when the season already under way! It is a stupid date, again just benefits the teams in the premier to much, causes big disruption to teams in the lower leagues it is bout time this ruling was challenged, would bring in more supporters on season tickets who know once the season has started, there best players are not going leave on deadline day!
