We have beat Newcastle, Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Brentford, and Millwall. The first is in the Premiership, the next two have dropped out of the Premiership, yet we beat all three. Brentford are a experienced Championship side and are no fools, yet we beat them, and against the run of play we beat a confident Millwall team that like Sheffield United were promoted from League 1. The Championship is a league with a very long season, teams that have stated well might just start to fade once they get injuries to a few of their better players, the Championship therefore requires a solid squad aswell as a good team. I feel our squad is the best we have had for some time, once our lads form an understanding especially our defence we will be competitive, I'm not suggesting the top six. We will make up lost ground to finish the season not having to worry about relegation, we can then get rid of the rest of the players the manager does not want, bring in some more fresh faces then kick on next season. Over exaggerating our situation when our season has bearley started seems to be strange. I just hope our owner has more cojones than some of our fans and stand by the manager.

I think we will drop quite a few more points in the new ten games but then come good, if they bear with Warburton.

Going to Madeira later, so will miss the game. Think we will just win but more in hope than expectation. I like what MW is trying to do but I don't like the way he has gone about it, so far. We are 6 points off the top 6 but how many points would we have with a more pragmatic approach? MW spoke of teams worrying about us, I'm not sure if he's arrogant or a bluff merchant. Facts are we just stayed in the division but other teams performed poorly last season too. I don't want excuses, as a fan I want results. If we play well against a 'top 6' side and only just lose, fair enough. The 'work in progress' tag fits. If we play garbage, players make the same bloody mistakes again, picked again and we lose at home, again. Then as a fan I feel I have the right to question MW and what he's actually watching on match days. Hangman can put his noose away for now because every team seems to be beating each other but MW needs to stop the rot. FTID.
