feelbit sorry for MW I think his tatics are good but our sides not good enough for pretty football, oppersition know this and are getting between our defence and midfield and forcing an error, i like to see fast football (everton, hudders and even sheff. u. ) harrising the oppersition. sorry again I know all his faults but I'm still a davies fan, under him we never gaveup, we were always in the hunt for promotion, the grounds were full, football was good and feelgood factor great.

I don't agree with your statement about his tactics. For me on the evidence seen so far, he's no master tactician. Some on here will also tell you he only has one game plan, and when that goes wrong, its game over. I think most fans were hoping to see the same style of play and performance that he achieved at Brentford. I'm with you on Davies. Just a shame the off field activities consumed him.

Good point ser i watched a lot of Billy's games and it was a team with a never say die ethos right up to the final whistle, 2-1 down and they were still after an equaliser,now it's tippy tappy football and hope for a break,but alas those days are long gone and so is BD, but i suspect a lot of people on here would have him back if only as a manager and no input to the academy and his spending kept in check ðŸ˜ˆðŸ˜Ž

yep,2-0 down at home to Watford,won 4-2,won 6-0 hudders,7-2 leeds,3-1 wba ect ect,in 3 seasons finished 3rd,6th and 8th happy days
