Reading messages on this site is rarely starting to get my goat. Waiting for the owner to weald the axe on MW, after all we have been through these last few years. We now have the basics of something to look forward to and still folks are not happy. I don, t believe these doom merchants are Derby fans, they are our own supp, oops no I won't put supporters nearly made an error there. If this makes MW leave then after 66 years I will finish my association with the club. What the hell do I know or these supporters nothing bugger all.

1951. With some fans, or whatever you wish to call them they just can not help themselves once we lose two or three games they want the manager to go. I notice they do not suggest who would be better, i suppose Warburton has not helped himself with the team not improving defensively, even Bridcutt said they are naive defensively.

I don't recall seeing any posts openly stating that they want MW sacked. There is an old adage that says ask any fan about their team, and you will get an honest answer. At the end of last season if you asked said fan, I'm sure the answer would have been defence, striker and pace in the side. MW hasn't really addressed any of those issues, so what your seeing is a lot of frustration from the fans, aimed at MW. As a minimum, he needs to sort the defence out, and that could be as simple as ditching zonal marking, which is not working for us. If we stop shipping soft goals, he may well get the fans back on side!

1951:as far as I can see almost nobody posting on here wants MW axed, but many are afraid the owner will axe him for poor results. We are still living in the FAH shadow, and so it's natural that supporters fear the worst outcome of a bad run. If we beat or draw with Fulham all we want is some kind of consistency in our defence and so far we are not seeing it. Keep your faith!

1951. Warbs has a massive ego. Thinks he knows more than he does. His selection of his delicate favourites and not on form or talent is going to be his downfall. He has set himself up but is not delivering. If he goes it will be down to him no one else. Not any opinions on here. The fact he plays brerton at all let alone out of position week in and his inability to build a defence, yet he wants to play out from the back bafflez me. I have not read a single post about wanting him sacked if he or any on here cannot take a bit of critiscm then i am sorry if it hurts you. We all feel what warbs needs to do but what we seems to be the opposite. I am disappointed that's all.
