Well I think it, s going to be along month for us reds. Can, t see any victory but maybe the odd draw, that should be enough games under our belts, and then steady progress . No more talk of the manager will get the boot MW is doing what's right for the club and has the full backing of the owner, I, am sure of that. Bit long in the tooth to listen to fairy stories, support MW and the team they need us, and keep of the wine gums kids.

Totally agree 1951.
From what I've seen so far. We have played 3 of the expected top 6 in Sheffield Wed, Leeds and Boro and Brentford away who will be not far off .
Won 3 and lost 3.
Not outplayed in any of the losses.
At Wednesday we got the karma for The Millwall win.
Of their 3 goals, one was gifted by keeper and the another was a clearance that hit our own player to land at feet of their striker.
We matched them in general play just didn't create enough clear chances.
Anyway the potential for our young lads is clear to see, Academy sides doing well , I think we will be fine.
Mid table this season is a realistic goal

Yes Leeds outplayed us using the same style and system but they are infront of us in their rebuilding, they are 12 months ahead of us.

There will be victorys, 51 your looking at it from a point of view that the games are tough because it's Sunderland wolves villa Fulham sheff Utd etc, but they are all beatable, villa and Sunderland inparticular,wolves will be toughest test, can't see any draws with our style of play though.

Why are Leeds 12 months in front of us in their rebuilding chugsy?
They, like us are on their 7th manager since 2014. Thomas Christiansen has been at Leeds for less time than Mark Warburton has been at Forest. We have both sold our talisman strikers in the close season. We have both signed a similar amount of new players this season. I'd say we were at very similar stages of rebuilding.
Could it be they just bought better players than us?

Monk did a good job with Leeds last year, so yes they are definitely a year ahead of us. That Christiansen definitely knows what he's talking about, I'll be amazed if they are not top 6.
