With the sheep game and the excitement past it is very much as you were for Forest. Only when MON as convinced himself completely will he change things to such a degree that we can be more consistent and positive. The Derby win was great for all of us but the game was won by a defender. A back four with three defensive midfielders in front of them and Murphy and Osborn, neither who score goals leaves just Lolley as the only real goalscoring threat, so the opposition know exactly who the marking priority is.

We really miss Grabban and I think his absence will cost us dearly, so surely its time to see if Bonatini and Arinsfard can step up and score the missing goals. What have we to lose, goals win games and they are in short supply right now. Appiah also deserves a chance and would give us a genuine wide man with real pace. Go on Martin let's try and win it with attacking the opposition and putting them on the back foot from the start. We might just like what we see because the team that started at Stoke is not the answer I fear. U REDS.

I'd throw them both in. Murphy just good for last 25 mins
May aswel see if these are worth keeping next season r

While I agree I'd like to see more attacking side, irony think we have that in this squad and he has one eye on getting into the playoffs this season.
Blooming appiah now would be just a gamble and put pressure on the kid.
You have to remember,Martin has not had grabban to chose from,Bonatini isn't match fit, ansafarad can't be either, cash has been injured as well, all our goals have come from grabban, cash and lolley and only lolley is fit,so how can he play a more offensive side from this squad?

Yates is capable of scoring goals, there is nothing wrong with defenders going up field at given times to try and score.

I can not see anything wrong with either starting Appiah then change him at half time, off if he is doing well keep him on, or bringing him on with about half an hour to go.

Most of us got excited when we beat derby but that excitement should not go because of the Stoke game, as long as there is a chance of us getting into the play offs we should not lose that excitement.

We did not lose too much ground on the top six after all as some results went our way, just a shame we could not take advantage.
