Is MON a good choice, who knows but he will definitely bring some stability.

How much money will the owner give him and who will he go for? Surely a goalkeeper and Vydra from Burnley would be a good start. I would also test Blackburn's resolve and go for Dack. Lowe at Portsmouth could also be an option. As for defenders, not really sure who, any ideas?

Kevin Long at Burnley is someone I can see us looking at, always been a solid championship defender and played under O’Neill for Ireland but has only made 4 appearances this season at Burnley, in his late 20s now he might be in need of a move, also wonder if O’Neill might go for Aiden Mcgeady, another regular for him at Ireland and in get form for Sunderland. He is too good for League 1. I think O’Neill will like the defenders we have but can see Janko maybe getting more chances and sure he will look for a second leftback and CB.
