Now I have calmed down a bit and having read all of the comments on here, my overriding feeling is ANGER.
I'm very angry that our illustrious manager ( no, I don't like him) should make such an utterly appalling decision to replace 2 goal Cash with rubber legs Dias.
What on earth was Karanka thinking?
We have an out of position left back who then has a complete non entity replace one of our better players in front of him.

The introduction of Dias changed everything. He is completely out of his depth. We must have had worse players when we were in league one, but I can't remember one worse than him.
If that is the sort of managerial performance we are going to get, then get rid.

Don’t forget the appallingly unbalanced team against Qpr.

Right back at left back with osborn assisting him
Left back at centre half
And centre half on bench
Then brings two centre forwards on and takes off both wingers

Useless tactician.
