After watching city vs United what type of football do you prefer?
The pep brand? Or the Mourinho brand?
Ak plays the Mourinho brand .

For me the brand of football so far hasn't been that relevant although in the longer term I'd love to see us playing the "Forest way". Firstly I was glad to see safety and stability. Then came consolidation and with it we have seen progression. Also our boys playing as a team and fighting til the final whistle. Also not capitulating when going a goal behind.Yes I would like to see free flowing football and a team not constrained by fear!But I think we should take it one step at a time by not trying to run before we can walk.It's not that long since we were crawling along on our bellies after all!Just saying!

You could say that about mourinhio red as he has great players as well but chooses to play the karanka way visa versa brilliant football from Man city though class above anything

Nobody doubts that city barca play great football.how would pep get on in this league trying to get average ability players playing that type of football?
Ak is our manager and doesn’t play that way he likes to not concede and work from there and that worked ok for him so far.

managers don’t change there beliefs especially when it works.all pep has to do now is go to Italy and win the league there and he will of done what mourinho has done in 3 different countries.
In the championship and from my point of view after the years we have had getting a result is better than trying to entertain and not.

I would like us to play the Klopp way, but that comes in time. City play a very technical and intelligent brand of football, it’s more a test of out moving and passing your opponent than it is quick counters or physical battles. We don’t have the players to play the tika taka style football, Carvalho could probably do it as could Osborn and maybe Cash. For the brand we play we have a lot of players who can do it. It’s a quick and dirty path to success. Still I’d rather have success playing ugly than failure playing beautifully. We’d all love to work with a model, but if they can’t do the job you need them to do, then employ someone who can do it no matter how unattractive they are.

How about the Sheffield United way. Play attacking football with bargain basement players attacking and defending as one. All they are missing is a decent striker. It can be done playing 2 up front just needs the bottle to do it. Something AK lacks.
