I've got to stick up for the players on this one, how can any player be expected to perform and be match sharp after hardly playing they are decent players just with no game time last night was ak's fault for throwing too many in at once and away from home he just didn't take it seriously enough.

not going to lie, the changes made were players who had been in and around the 1st team all season. wasn't like we played a team full of youngsters and nobody's, our experienced players didn't turn up, end of, so blaming a manager for playing a different team in the cup is just a way for people hating on AK to have another dig at him, we beat boro 2-0 you were all his biggest fans then, get a grip, seriously

How is it AK can motivate the players against the likes of West Brom, Middlesbrough, Stoke, Swansea, and Newcastle but is unable to manage to motivate them against Bolton, Wigan, Millwall, Bury, and Burton Albion.

You can not just blame the players, as you can not just blame the manager.

Motivation should come from within. Children need motivation,highly paid professional footballers shouldn't need a manager to gee them up for a potential cup quarter final.
