The referee according to radio Nottingham left a lot to be desired. I have been told it is the same person who was the who after Rowett shouted got the portugese boy sent off. If my information is correct he is from Leicestershire ( no surprise not a forest fan ) . Can anyone verify this.

Yeah it does if a referee from an local rivals county allows gbh on our centre half without even giving a foul yet couldn’t wait to send 1 of ours could have had a major effect on the game

The ref was as bent as a nine Bob note.
He couldn't influence the result though as much as he tried.

Ok Stevie - fair point mate. I just think it’s quite rare that the refs performance is the difference. Today shows it matters little if lads are at it and get the job done. That’s the context I asked it in if that makes sense !

2star mate i’m Generally1 who would agree with you , but this 1 was too bad to be true I think the proximity of him to us needs looking at

Can’t comment as I wasn’t there , that said the one on weds was a t*@* in my opinion, albeit I think we lost because we didn’t see the game out. That wasn’t my view on my way home on weds night though - I felt very robbed !

Ed the referee did not book for the dreadful foul on Dawson and debatable sending off against Robinson. The same person as a 4th official got the poor portugese chap sent off against the owls. Should AK register an official complaint? I know for certain he supports the foxes and is anti the reds
