It's obvious karanka doesn't know his best side or formation
Why persue Dawson last season and then finally sign him this summer to not play him.
We are conceding goals every game from crosses if he's sticking with back 4. It needs to be this.

The Portuguese lads are still adapting and are inconsistent so the midfield needs to be this.

And then karanka needs to persivere with this for a few games.

If you are correct RED then that has to be a real worry for a manager who we suppose has picked the players he wants but does not know where to play them.
For me this is probably the most worrying start to a season for a long long time. Last year we had the structure put in place something that has been lacking for many years.
During the close season money is made available and new players brought in so I can understand why a lot on this site are complaining regarding the performance and results.
I was and am still am convinced this manager can improve the performances of this side (let's face it based on the last two games they cannot get any worse). It all depends on if the owner see's it this way or if his trigger finger is starting to itch.

To be fair to Karanka his plan b with substitutes normally rescues us from losing positions.Perhaps his plan b should be his plan a 😂

Perks that's not a plan B,he just swaps like for like when a player isn't performing in that position
