Colback is on loan with a view to signing permanently it has been said, i find that improbable.

We have only got him on loan because Newcastle want rid of him and Colback understandably does not want a drop in wages.

I think however if were to stay in the Championship we would not pay the wages he wants, even though there would be no transfer fee, and if we get promoted we could get better than Colback for the money he will want though we would have no trouble paying him what he wants were we to be promoted.

I'd like another forward. Owt happens to grabbon and we don't know if soudani will cut it in championship.
Maybe a loan signing or Marriott for 3m plus mackay Murphy or add ons reaching the 6m if he does biz
