Peterborough's chairman is getting more desperate by the minute, after a Forest fan tweeted him say we are no longer in the running for Marriott his reply was who said that, and our manager had a meal with his manager weeks ago. Since then we have off course signed both Soudani and Grabban,
therefore i feel that Marriott would be with us now if we were serious about wanting him. If Peterborough's chairman really wants rid of Marriott he must take the hint and reduce his asking price.

Agreed jfj this nonsense started weeks ago by fry up!!stating eight clubs wanted him however clubs didn't dance to his tune and they are starting to panic never worth 6 mill 3 maybe

Goal scoring strikers are always in high demand during the summer window and they are few and far between when it comes to their availability. As Marriott is clearly available, he will be sold and they will get the money they want, but it won't be until other clubs shortlists are dwindling and they find themselves having to spend that money on a risk like Marriott.
