Sounds like a solid team that would certainly challenge. I would quite like to see is sogn a quality CM/CDM to play alongside Watson, I wouldn’t mind seeing Lansbury back because he’s the type of player that we need for that position imo.

True Brazilred but ignore we want to challenge we have to have players like him on the bench. It would be between him and Lolley to start imo but I just edge towards Lolley because he’s got more championship experience

Come on England. don't let me down. I hammered the Brazilians yesterday about how average their team is. Let's get off to a flyer. England could win this (how many years have I said that ?). There is not really anybody who has set the world alight yet (Germany, Argentina, Brazil, France, no Italy or Holland of course, Russia looked dangerous but who did they play ?). Thoughts ?
