Musn't get carried away but maybe, just maybe we have finally got a manager who knows what he's doing.

What makes you say that.

I just think the fact we've tightened up at the back and I now go to games thinking we might actually get something out the game.Yes we need more quality at the other end and nobody is pretending we don't but half a transfer window was never going to be long enough to get the necessary business done.I know some don't want to hear it but this is exactly what he did at Boro and they were in a similar situation to us.I also know that this doesn't guarantee anything either.Imo we are on the right path ☝🏻

I agree with that, i also like the fact that he pulled no punches in criticising the players, then said he will do something about it, and boy did he.

In a recent interview AK said he wants more versatile players like Osborn, what do you think about that. Do you think their versatility stops them being played in their best position, or it is good for the team to have them.

Yes Robertson I also like that he's not scared to upset a few players ticking along in a comfort zone picking up the wages.Regarding versatility it's good to have a few in your squad who can do a job in an emergency or for a game or 2 but I like a striker to be a striker, left back to be a left back etc If you don't play that position week in week out there's a reason for this which is probably that your not good enough. What is Osborn's best position? Personally I think a free role behind the front man but would he score you enough goals, probably not.

If he sets the goals up then who cares how many he scores ?

Works for Man City with De Bruyne
