Does anyone else on here think we should change our formation? I know the team is pants but 4-2-3-1 doesn't seem to work!

As someone said on here Skeggsy,most of the time when a new manager comes in the team usually spikes for at least a couple of games. what is wrong with this lot??? Just when you think there's a glimmer of hope,it's cruelly crushed??? Nothing else for it now mate,gonna "crush" a few cans!!! 🍻🍻🍻
