Living up north i use the internet to keep in touch and through facebook get the feed of the team arriving at the away venue.
When the bus doors open and their is always a good bunch of expectant supporters who have travelled long distances to greet their heroes.
Well yesterday Eric was the first off with huge headphones stapped on his thick head, mancienne too, Benny was the first not wearing headphones to stop and meet fans like he always does. This modern phenomina of pig ignorance is shamefull. I understand players getting focused for a big match but shutting out the world and shunning fans for the comfort of your moronic hip hop is a disgrace and a reflection of lack of control and respect for and from the management. Maybe its just me?

Perks you can rest assured they are not listening to the motivational poetry of Ruddyard kippling!!!! But all fans want them to hear the good luck and play well messages but to block this out to me sends the wrong kind of message to your loyal customers!!!!

There seems to be a complete lack of team ethos across professional football as the individual ego takes precedent over the team.

It's little wonder they are not aware of things going on around them both on and off the pitch?

Given the way our team drifts around the pitch Warbo would be better off making them all wear headsets on the pitch and telling them where to stand and what to do? The future of live playstation football?

Redinexile i have gone onto other teams arrival at grounds, particularly top champ teams. Very few players wearing headsets and derby arriving at leeds a few years back us quite the opposite. Surely coming off the bus pumped up greeting fans and showing unity would be a reflection of who we are where we are and together we stand!!!!

Rutland your getting old and grumpy mate.
Young people walk down the street in every part of the world with mobile phone headsets on oblivious to What s going on around them most of the time.
The world has changed and footballers are no different,They are young very rich kids at the end of the day

Yes FF79 and it's about time these young rich kids showed some respect to loyal fans, who have travelled a long way spending hard earned cash to watch them. Its too easy to just accept things and not say anything anymore when this is obviously not right

Does that make it right. In these days of lack of social grace then a good example should be set by footballers. They look like spoilt brats, aloof to the people that support them. They have yet to make it big so should show a bit more humility. I may sound grumpy to you ff79 but to me it smacks of arrogance and youth money are no excuse. Benny is young and ralented but he is aware of his influence on kids.

Rutland were you ever young?
Never arrogant though?
The world's a different place from when we grew up,as a granddad my grandkids will grow up far differently from me or my kids,it's just evolution, but you'll probably say " it was better in my day".

I just wish the forest players were more arrogant in their ability, it'd get more results.
Headphones? And getting off the bus ? Really,?
