{Ed001's Note - nothing else came through mate. }

What Ed, did it get snowed in? Never mind
I looked at Redinexile and StokeyRed profiles, saw both must be from my era judging by their favourite players, mine at that time would have been Henry Newton
Another joke (for the Eds, come on lads its Christmas, smile) -
I was playing Football Manager on my PC when I was offered the Scotland job. I knew it was a poor squad with no future, so I declined the offer. I then put the telephone down and returned to Football Manager.
BTW, is there not a limit to the numbers of use of the word 'fornicator'? Wisheyeddove must have used up a years worth but his comments were pretty good actually
Merry Christmas all and steady on the sherry!

{Ed001's Note - we did look at putting a limit on the use of the word fornicator, but Wishey keeps smashing it before we can get it in place.}

I'm 61 this month Trevor! Saw my first Forest match when I was 9 and remember that great team of 1967 grumitt hindley Winfield,Hennessey,McKinley,Newton Lyons Barnwell,Storey Moore,Baker,wignall . We d have done the double that year but Labone nobbled Joe Baker when we beat Everton 3 _2 fa cup 6th round. I was in the Trent End with my dad and I swear to God when Moore scored the 3rd I jumped up and my feet didn't reach the ground for about 5 minutes because the crowd was so tightly packed! Have a great Christmas Trevor!

I had a better view of that great game from standing on the floodlight pylon at the Bridgford Road End!

Trev, I got a similar call from some twat called Ford from the Welsh FA for the manager's job. I had to explain to him why a Forest fan would never want a job herding Ovis aries fornicators even if the do play in red?

Yep, I'm 66 and remember that game against Everton, I was in the Bridgford End too. 'Mugsy' Moore tore them apart, that's why United came calling later.
Thanks for the note Ed, wishing you all a great family Christmas and many points for the New Year.
Happy Birthday Stokey Red and glad to hear you turned down the Welsh FA Redinexile
More memories - we hammered Sheff Weds 7-1 at their place, I was in their Directors box for game. Drinks after was fun - 'I'll just have a 7 Up please"
'Again, how many dwarfs did Snow White have?'

{Ed0333's Note - happy days Trevor
