Just a few pros and cons regarding the numerous posts relating to Mark Warburton. Firstly I think it's disrespectful to disparage him as an ex merchant banker with no football background. He's had considerable success with Brentford and Rangers and anyway what about Wenger and Morinho? Secondly, we need stability this season, mid table will do, let's get our beloved Club out of intensive care, bring our youngsters through, (with a few experienced model pros as mentors), build for the future. Thirdly, I do see a faint light at the end of the tunnel that was the Fawaz era let's stay with him. Lastly, I'm not a so called "happy clapper " where Warburton can do no wrong it's healthy to have debate and opinions. For example I don't think atm he utilizes his squad fully and his team selection and substitutions are sometimes puzzling. The January transfer window might represent an interesting opportunity to unload a few out of favour players and tweak things a bit. Jota at Birmingham, for example looks like the sort of playmaker we haven't had since Reidy?

Good post stokey - i'm not too sure on the 'considerable success' part but everything else is bang on.
Carlo - i'm surprised that you agree with most of stokeys post? your own posts do not seem to be on the same wavelength as his post? maybe I've been misreading your posts or you are coming round to a more settled point of view??
