Vellios or Brereton v Brum with Murphy knackered after Ireland hammering. Or better still both at the top of a 352. More chance of a pig flying over the City Ground I suppose though. COYR.

Vellios not in mw plans and to be honest he can't score in reserves so happy with the players we've been using

For me exactly the same team that beat QPR but with Brereton to replace Murphy for first 45 and the full 90 if he does well.

For me Brereton is not a direct replacement for Murphy, he is a player that needs to be making runs between midfield and the lone forward, or as part of a strike pairing.

Maybe this is the chance for Walker and Brereton to play together up front? A pairing like that could mash up the Brum defence, on the other hand it's just as likely we could flop on Saturday and lose again. We need to get some away wins and not rely on home matches.

For me it’ll be a back 4 probably a 442 or more likely a 4231 Osborn Dowell and McKay behind Walker. I can’t think of a way to get two strikers in but with the team set up players available and MWs tactics I honestly can only see this team. My main question is who’s playing RB?

As Vellios hasn't even made the bench under MW, I'd be very surprised to see him now go straight into the team. I expect Warbo will start with Murphy up front, and Walker on the right wing. Be interesting to see how Murphy goes, as last time he played an international mid week, he looked finished within the first 10 minutes!
