That's four wins and eight defeats then? Seeing as we're not capable of getting a draw.

He'd off been in there if he hadn't been English.
A lot get confused with him being at hibs.
Great player though

Good list but best players Jim Baxter no no no. Overweight, past his best and lazy. His one or two touches of brilliance in ninety minutes could not compensate. In my opinion think it was his signing that led to the slide of what was a great Forest team if the time.

Signed by the chairman against the managers wishes, sounds familiar. Yes it was the begining of the end for what should have a great era.

I was only two when we won the cup so didn't see them play Carlo.
Know what people meen about Baxter, but on his day he was a class act.
Don't think it was particularly his fault for the decline, more a case of few getting on in 67-68 and Barnwell was never the same after his broken leg,Baker,Wignall,McKinley where near the end of their careers, but we still had one the best players ever to wear a forest shirt.Ian storey Moore.
Great times

Jim Baxters best performances were in the Nottingham Knight on a Saturday night. The man had bottle just too much off the pitch!
