Neilnotts let's get real we have df has soon as he as left the building I will be happy forest need a decent manager and time to build df is only a interruption the sooner u get use to that the better he will be gone by summer I just hope he don't take us down because I know if pearce was still in charge that wouldn't happen stability that's what we need and it ain't happening with df

@ Skeg Vegas Jay: Seriously? I'd say that the drop was many times more likely under SP than it is now. It may sound odd but, in one respect, SP was unlucky that his legendary status kept him in the job of overseeing decline for so long and he's lucky that he was relived of his duties before that status lost some of it's shine on the back of relegation to the third tier. DF has secured more points for the team in one week than SP managed in his last two+ months in charge (and keep in mind that SP's last result was a 1-0 reverse at home to Millwall so you could hardly say things were starting to turn around in his favour). If DF's tenure is an 'interruption', it's pretty much exactly the kind of interruption that's required right now: the mid- to long-term future is yet to be written but there's no evidence yet to suggest that DF is doing anything but good in that direction.
