The player Forest are hoping to sign on loan next week is Lee Cattermole. He is not part not Paolo Di Canio's plans.

Would be a great replacement for Pep IMO

Major discipline problem, good tackler but carthorse slow, sorry do not rate this guy at all, Moussi would be a more than adequate short term replacement.

Tough times for forest at the mo. we haven't seen a outstanding player since collymore. seen a few very good ones, a couple of good ones and loads of average ones. most forest fans under 30 don't know what a very good forest player looks like. hopefully things are about to change.

One big thing to factor into this is how many bookings in the premier league would be classed as fair tackles in the champ. Prem prima donnas get wrapped in cotton wool, good hard footballer could do a job if available.

Whilst Cattermole IS listing in Sunderlands 25 man squad, he is home grown and therefore doesn't count towards this figure so would be included regardless.

Frimpong would also be a good player for us.
