We are supposedly being linked to two loan deals - a winger and midfielder.

Gio Reyna from Dortmund (George Mendez) and Carlos Borges (age 19) from Man City. Borges is fast and exciting according to Giordiola.

If European midfielders take time to settle, then Reyna is probably a waste of time. We usually get stung by Mendes anyway.

Marseille have had a loan bid accepted as well. They would offer him Europa League football. He's highly rated but been out with an injury for a while.

I don't see the benefit of getting loan in who has been out with injury. By the time he's up to speed we don't get enough performance to make a difference.
