It depends whether we can get experience to replace him. We need some experienced defenders.

I'd tell him we can't release him until the summer due to injuriy crisis if we can't line up a replacement.

I can see why he might go. He is probably going to end up captain at a smaller club. He is a good bloke, decent professional with leadership qualities.

It's called a transfer market for a reason and the level we are at the majority of options will be some teams cast off for one reason or another and injuries and suspension are more commonplace given the pace of today's game.

Lol red,fox has been here years and was bought in as a left back and failed miserably at it,shipped out on loan by different managers,phsyco tried converting him but gave up on it,he's just not good enough,yeah he can play a long pass,but he's lacking defensively.
We should be buying players who are better than we've got,not just keep bring in new faces for the sake of it,
I'd rather we g8ve s9men9f the kids a go,the likes of Powell would do a good job for u,but that's just my opinion,
We can't keep just bringing players and leaving others to rot.
Ffp will be rearing its ugly head again soon if we don't trim this massive squad of under achievers down.

Big Ben will dominate our defence now! He won everything in the air last week. if Dawson gets fit or with Fig or Hef next to him and Robinson on left we will be much better. I am happy to sell Fox, get a younger player in if we really need another cb.
