Fox has been a good servant over the past 12-18 months and put in a good shift at centre-half. Not too mention showing his colours by sitting in with fans when he can't play.

Danny fox is a great lad. He just ain't a left back or a centre half. But in fairness he has had some great games in the john terry position. But to judge our central defenders with that calamatous clown behind them is harsh. Given a commanding keeper who comes for crosses and does not serve hospital balls our back four might just be a bit more confident.

Wouldn't have said our best or second but I agree with your point Brixton,Fox is a good player who at least gives his all for the shirt,some of the criticism is a little harsh,yes he has his bad games but name a player in our current squad that doesn't.

Fox isn't a gray player but he gives his all and he shows passion. He makes mistakes and sometimes bad ones that lose us games but he always puts himself on the line and he loves the club. He is good with fans, press and a popular guy. How often do you see him in training laughing with other lads!? Every week! Clubs need those players and I think with our current dilemma in defence selling him would be crazy! However we have better options technically and when all are fit.
He is out of contract in the summer and at his age I think we could sell this window if we buy a replacement or two first. Overall though Fox has and is a great asset and fans who bash him so much are silly.
