Team selection and tactics spot on today resulting in the consummate away performance.

Height with Murph and Daws. Pace out wide. On the front foot for 95 mins and first to the ball. Defended as a team, played between their lines when in possession and shot on sight. No weak links and everyone put in a shift.

Adjusted well after Daws went off even when down to 10 men before Figs came on. Scored 2 really good goals at the right time.

Adjusted and defended well again after Robbo was sent off with what was effectively our second string back 4 even against a front 3 of The Ass, Flint and Gestede!

Boro bemoaning they got 36 crosses into our box and no end product. Despite this Pants did not have the busiest afternoon in a Forest shirt so credit to the lads as they consistently closed down the angles and got first to the ball.

We have no-one to fear in this league and today showed we have a better squad than Boro and more flair than Pulis power play football. Downing and Clayton apart Boro have no creativity.

Sitting behind AK he hardly had to direct the troops today and the high fives from the technical staff confirmed a game plan executed perfectly.

Today showed that everyone is now understanding their role in the team when they come in for a game. So with the size of the squad there is no excuse for not keeping up the match tempo by rotation.
