Alan Nixon has suggested Forest have placed a £13m tag on Berereton, all part of the tough decisions Randall was on about when he first joined us.

If he doesn't go in this window he'll go in the next. £10 million offer will be accepted and probably £3 million of it will be available to the manager.

Billy

You say take the money, would you get rid of anyone else, and being sensible, who would you bring in.

Without knowing more of our finances we can't comment on selling there could be 6 or 7 mill of britts money left if the increased gates and sponsorship has reduced the monthly deficit, were the fawas loans wiped with the sale if the club ? There are too many variables would be nice to spend 6 or 7 mill without selling younger stars and make room on the wage bill by getting rid of the likes of mills hobbs ect

it all depends on the player and my understanding is BB loves Forest and wants to stay. contracts mean sod all if the player wants to go.
If he does have his head turned it makes sense to get the most we can to pay for replacements.
football is a business sponsored by addicts like us

I hope Alan Nixon is making up the difference in what he is worth? He's worth at least twice that amount!

I don’t know that’s Great Money for Forest however this is where add ons come in.
£13 million for B.B. or £10 for Worrall is decent and brilliant if like Pat Bamford say they go nowhere and end up as a reserve in Championship in 3 years but if they go on to become solid international etc and meet their potential well then it seems cheap! If we sell any of our young players we must make sure they have add ons such as sell on fee and appearance/clean sheet/goals bonuses where if they continue solid progress then it means the fee goes up to the £18-25 mil mark imo

I said take the money because none of them are good enough. Sell the lot of them. This team can get us relegated. How close was it last season and we had Britt then. I’m all for bringing the youngsters on but not at the expense of the team.
