My mates father who works at the local chippie is a long standing friendship with a Nottingham Forest scout. He has informed me that forest have been scouting out several players, but the only names he was in the know with was Charlie Austin. I'm not sure how true to believe this but he was already in the know before even Jason Cummings was signed. So going off by his previous knowledge, i'd say there's a strong chance that we may be signing Charlie Austin.

Defo news lads, a friend of mine was at his house in mapperly last week. his missus was saying she's moving to London to be close to her mum. While Brit moves north. They are selling up. They only spend 6 weeks of the year together and just got back from Dubai. Lucky fella! Not good but for that money we can't moan. I reckon there holding out as long as poss to reveal the news hoping a better offer comes in. Boro got mentioned. I know it's not bull cus this friend doesn't even folllow football or know who he is, never mind the boro bit.

When you say "unproven Championship striker" I presume you mean Portuguese International midfielder, Ruben Neves, of FC Porto?

I'm not sure comparing their price tags is helpful or relevant.
