Fake and why would they announce a takeover at the end of the season? If a deal goes through Fawaz isn't the owner anymore.

The only part of this that might be correct is that the deal hinges on what league we'll be in next season? If we are in the championship the sale price is? And if it's league 1 it's reduced to? Or worse case the deals off.
