Forest are looking at Habib Habibou, currently plays for French club Rennes. He is a 28 year old striker from the Central African Republic. He as played for PSG, Steau Bucharest, Leeds Utd and Rennes. He averages a goal every 2.87 games according to statistics on the internet.

This is being reported in a newspaper and on the bird site by several people, however Alan Nixon on the bird site, who is usually right is saying "nothing in the rumour". So is this a DF smoke screen? Who is the striker that we are looking at?

Rodriguez is a great shout and I can't see any forest fan not being happy with that! I reckon we would have half a chance too but only if Southampton pay half his wages due to FFP as I reckon he is on at least £20k and we can only pay £10k a week. But at the moment they are paying all of it for him still on the bench so why not?
